Affiliate Policy "Refer user" at ClickAI platform

When a user successfully introduces another user to register an account on ClickAI, you will receive a commission from the successful "referral of new users". Applicable to all users on the platform. Here is ClickAI's Affiliate policy:

Users can share the Affiliate Link to introduce friends and followers to open an Account. Select Avatar in the right corner of the screen, select "Affiliate"

I. Subcription plan

The products eligible for referral rewards include:

• Click AI offers 4 paid user packages: Basic, Plus, Pro, Enterprise

• Other add-on products: AI Courses, Community management.

II. Referral and Affiliate Policy

Our Affiliate program offers you many attractive benefits and a great opportunity to earn passive income from AI Era when Referring users to register to use AI at the ClickAI platform.

1. Commission Income:

• For each successful referral upgrading the paid service package → immediately receive 25% commission from the transaction value and 50 credits.

• For Pro/ Enterprise User only: For subsequent upgrades of the referred person, you continue to receive 15% commission for each subsequent transaction life time.

Note: The referrer must be an active User with any valid paid subscription plan to have their affiliate sales recognized by the system. Credits are the value used within the Click AI Workspace platform and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent. These Credits are accumulated in the Add-on Wallet for future use and do not expire.

2. How to calculate Affiliate Income?

A user who refers a new user will be rewarded with both money into the registered Bank Account and credit to use the Click AI Workspace:

Total commission = Commission Income (1) + Credit rewards (2)

• Example 1: Tran Quoc B just joined ClickAI. In the month, he referred 120 Basic Users, 20 Plus Users, and 10 Pro Users. The Affiliate revenue B receives this month is: Commission = 25% x (120 x $5 + 20 x $15 + 10 x $45) = $337.5 Credit = 50 x 180 = 9,000 credits.

• Example 2: Tiktoker MANgo joined the ClickAI Affiliate program in March 2025 with a Pro user plan. This month, MANgo referred 320 new Basic customers, 180 Plus customers, 30 Pro customers, and the existing customers renewed with 80 Basic + 50 Plus + 10 Pro subscriptions. The revenue MANgo receives this month is: New customer commission = 25% x (320 x $5 + 180 x $15 + 30 x $45) = $1,412.5 Existing customer commission = 15% x (80 x $5 + 50 x $15 + 10 x $45) = $240 Credit = 50 x (320 + 180 + 30) = 26,500 credits

Special Policy for Pro User: users participating in the New User Referral Program, the bonus in addition to the 25% of the first referral, will continue to be calculated at 15% for any subsequent payments of the Referred Person (Applicable for lifetime, the condition is that the referring user needs be actived at the time of new user purchase). This is a special benefit of the Affiliates Program at ClickAI that is encouraged for Community Developers.

3. Introducing members to join the Community & Community Courses

Besides referring the use of Click AI Workspace, users are also encouraged to introduce new members to join the communities at Click Community, as well as courses offered by user communities of Click Community: https://join.clickai.

Each community will have its own specific Member Referral and Course Referral Policies.

4. Reconciliation and Settlement

The dashboard at Click AI updates in real-time all transactions generated from Affiliate activities for users at https://affiliate.clickai.io. You can check anytime and request a withdrawal whenever your balance exceeds $25.

Reconciliation and payment for "Withdrawal Requests" made between the 1st and 15th of the month will be processed on the 25th, while transactions from the 16th to the 31st will be settled on the 10th of the following month. For community courses or community memberships, reconciliation will be handled by the Community Owner.
