Records trong ClickAI Tables hỗ trợ lưu trữ đa dạng: văn bản, số, ngày tháng, file đính kèm, và cả liên kết đến records khác (trong cùng table hoặc khác table). ## Tạo Record mới ### Cách 1: Tạo trực tiếp trong Grid View 1\. Cuộn xuống cuối table 2\. Nhấn vào dòng + New Record hoặc nhấn biểu tượng ➕ 3\. Nhập dữ liệu trực tiếp vào các ô ### Cách 2: Tạo qua Expanded Record 4\. Nhấn biểu tượng ➕ ở thanh toolbar 5\. Panel mở rộng (Expanded Record) hiện ra 6\. Điền thông tin cho từng field 7\. Nhấn Save để lưu ### Cách 3: Tạo qua Form View 8\. Tạo Form View cho table 9\. Chia sẻ link form cho người dùng 10\. Dữ liệu được submit sẽ tự động tạo record mới 💡 TIP: Sử dụng Form View là cách tốt nhất để thu thập dữ liệu từ người dùng bên ngoài (khách hàng, ứng viên, đối tác) mà không cần cấp quyền truy cập vào table. ## Expanded Record Expanded Record (Bản ghi mở rộng) là panel chi tiết cho phép xem và chỉnh sửa toàn bộ thông tin của một record: ### Mở Expanded Record · Nhấn vào biểu tượng mở rộng (expand icon) ở đầu dòng record · Hoặc nhấn Space khi đã chọn record ### Các tính năng trong Expanded Record

## Chỉnh sửa Record ### Chỉnh sửa trực tiếp (Inline Edit) 11\. Click vào ô (cell) cần chỉnh sửa trong Grid View 12\. Nhập giá trị mới 13\. Nhấn Enter hoặc click ra ngoài để lưu ### Chỉnh sửa qua Expanded Record 14\. Mở Expanded Record 15\. Chỉnh sửa các field cần thiết 16\. Thay đổi được lưu tự động 📝 NOTE: Mọi thay đổi trên record đều được ghi lại trong Record Audit log, giúp theo dõi ai đã thay đổi gì và khi nào. ## Bulk Update — Cập nhật hàng loạt Để cập nhật nhiều records cùng lúc: 17\. Chọn records: Tick checkbox ở đầu các dòng cần cập nhật · Hoặc chọn tất cả bằng checkbox ở header 18\. Nhấn nút Bulk Update trên toolbar (xuất hiện sau khi chọn records) 19\. Chọn field cần cập nhật 20\. Nhập giá trị mới 21\. Nhấn Apply để áp dụng cho tất cả records đã chọn ### Bulk Delete — Xóa hàng loạt 22\. Chọn các records cần xóa 23\. Nhấn nút Delete trên toolbar 24\. Xác nhận xóa 🛑 CAUTION: Bulk Update và Bulk Delete ảnh hưởng tất cả records đã chọn. Hãy kiểm tra kỹ danh sách records trước khi thực hiện — đặc biệt khi chọn "Select All". ## Xóa Record ### Xóa record đơn lẻ 25\. Click chuột phải vào record cần xóa 26\. Chọn Delete Row từ context menu ### Xóa qua Expanded Record 27\. Mở Expanded Record 28\. Nhấn biểu tượng 🗑️ Delete ở góc trên ## Record Templates Record Templates cho phép tạo template với các giá trị field được điền sẵn, giúp tạo records mới nhanh hơn: 29\. Tạo template với các giá trị mặc định phù hợp 30\. Khi tạo record mới, chọn template 31\. Các field được tự động điền theo template 32\. Chỉnh sửa thêm nếu cần và lưu Ví dụ sử dụng: · Template "Lead mới" với Status = "New", Source = "Website" · Template "Task Bug Fix" với Priority = "High", Type = "Bug" · Template "Đơn hàng nội bộ" với các thông tin công ty đã điền sẵn ## Collaboration trên Records ### Comments (Nhận xét) · Mở Expanded Record → Tab Comments · Viết nhận xét, tag thành viên team · Trao đổi trực tiếp về dữ liệu cụ thể ### Audit Log (Nhật ký thay đổi) · Mở Expanded Record → Tab Audit · Xem chi tiết: · Ai đã thay đổi record · Thay đổi field nào · Giá trị cũ → Giá trị mới · Thời gian thay đổi ### Share Record · Mở Expanded Record → Nhấn Copy Record URL · Gửi link cho đồng nghiệp để truy cập trực tiếp đến record 💡 TIP: Kết hợp Comments và Audit Log giúp team cộng tác hiệu quả trên dữ liệu — biết ai đã làm gì và tại sao. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
