# Tables — Quản lý Tables

## Tạo Table mới
Để tạo một table mới từ đầu:
1\. Nhấn + Create New trong sidebar bên trái
2\. Chọn Table từ menu dropdown
3\. \*(Tùy chọn)\* Đặt tên cho table trong modal xuất hiện
4\. \*(Tùy chọn)\* Sử dụng Add Description để thêm mô tả cho table
5\. Nhấn Create Table để hoàn tất
💡 TIP: Khi tạo table mới, hệ thống tự động tạo sẵn 3 fields mặc định: \*\*Title\*\* (Single line text), \*\*Created Time\*\*, và \*\*Last Modified Time\*\*. Bạn có thể tùy chỉnh hoặc xóa bớt sau đó.
## Import Table từ file
Bạn có thể tạo table mới bằng cách import dữ liệu từ file bên ngoài:

### Các bước import
6\. Nhấn + Create New trong sidebar
7\. Chọn Import từ menu dropdown
8\. Chọn định dạng file (CSV, Excel, hoặc JSON)
9\. Kéo thả file hoặc nhấn Browse để chọn file
10\. Xem trước (Preview) cấu trúc dữ liệu và fields được tự động nhận dạng
11\. \*(Tùy chọn)\* Điều chỉnh tên fields, kiểu dữ liệu nếu cần
12\. Nhấn Import để hoàn tất
📝 NOTE: Hệ thống tự động nhận dạng kiểu dữ liệu (Text, Number, Date...) cho từng cột. Bạn nên kiểm tra lại và điều chỉnh nếu cần trước khi import.
## Upload dữ liệu vào Table hiện có
Ngoài việc tạo table mới từ file, bạn cũng có thể upload thêm dữ liệu vào table đã tồn tại:
13\. Mở table cần thêm dữ liệu
14\. Nhấn vào biểu tượng ⋯ (menu) trên table header
15\. Chọn Upload Data
16\. Chọn file (CSV, Excel, JSON) cần upload
17\. Ánh xạ (map) các cột trong file với fields hiện có trong table
18\. Nhấn Import để thêm dữ liệu
🚨 WARNING: Khi upload dữ liệu vào table hiện có, hãy đảm bảo cấu trúc file khớp với fields trong table. Dữ liệu không khớp sẽ được bỏ qua hoặc gây lỗi.
## Các thao tác trên Table
### Đổi tên Table
19\. Click chuột phải vào tên table trong sidebar
20\. Chọn Rename
21\. Nhập tên mới và nhấn Enter
### Duplicate Table
22\. Click chuột phải vào table trong sidebar
23\. Chọn Duplicate
24\. Chọn các tùy chọn duplicate:
· Include Records: Sao chép cả dữ liệu
· Include Views: Sao chép cả các views đã cấu hình
### Xóa Table
25\. Click chuột phải vào table trong sidebar
26\. Chọn Delete
27\. Xác nhận xóa trong dialog
🛑 CAUTION: Xóa table sẽ xóa vĩnh viễn tất cả records, fields và views trong table đó. Thao tác này không thể hoàn tác. Hãy backup dữ liệu trước khi xóa.
## Table Details
Mỗi table có trang Table Details hiển thị các thông tin kỹ thuật và cấu hình:
### Fields Tab
Xem và quản lý tất cả fields trong table:
· Tên field, kiểu dữ liệu
· Thêm, chỉnh sửa, xóa fields
· Sắp xếp thứ tự fields
### Relations Tab
Xem các quan hệ (relationships) giữa table hiện tại với các tables khác:
· Links đi và đến
· Lookup và Rollup references
### API Snippet
Xem mã code mẫu để tương tác với table qua REST API:
· Liệt kê records
· Tạo record mới
· Cập nhật record
· Xóa record
### Webhooks
Cấu hình webhook để nhận thông báo tự động khi dữ liệu thay đổi:

Cấu hình Webhook:
28\. Vào Table Details → Tab Webhooks
29\. Nhấn Create Webhook
30\. Chọn sự kiện trigger (Insert/Update/Delete)
31\. Nhập URL endpoint nhận webhook
32\. \*(Tùy chọn)\* Cấu hình headers và filtering conditions
33\. Nhấn Save
💡 TIP: Sử dụng Webhooks kết hợp với ClickAI Workflow để tự động xử lý dữ liệu khi có thay đổi. Ví dụ: gửi email xác nhận khi có đơn hàng mới, hoặc cập nhật CRM khi lead mới được thêm.
