Nhấn biểu tượng 🔍 trên toolbar hoặc dùng phím tắt Ctrl/Cmd + F 2\. Nhập từ khóa tìm kiếm 3\. Kết quả được highlight trực tiếp trên table ### Tìm kiếm theo field cụ thể 4\. Mở Search → chọn field cụ thể từ dropdown 5\. Nhập giá trị cần tìm 6\. Chỉ tìm kiếm trong field đã chọn 💡 TIP: Search giúp tìm kiếm nhanh nhưng chỉ hiển thị kết quả — không lọc records. Nếu bạn muốn chỉ hiển thị records khớp điều kiện, hãy sử dụng \*\*Filter\*\*. ## Sắp xếp (Sort) Sắp xếp records theo một hoặc nhiều fields: ### Thêm Sort 7\. Nhấn nút Sort trên toolbar 8\. Chọn field cần sắp xếp 9\. Chọn thứ tự: Ascending (A→Z, 1→9) hoặc Descending (Z→A, 9→1) ### Multi-level Sort Sắp xếp theo nhiều tiêu chí — sort thứ hai áp dụng cho các records có giá trị sort thứ nhất giống nhau: 10\. Nhấn Sort → + Add Sort 11\. Chọn field và thứ tự cho mỗi level Ví dụ Multi-level Sort:\ ──────────────────────\ Sort 1: Status (Ascending) → Active → Inactive → Pending\ Sort 2: Created Date (Desc) → Mới nhất trước trong mỗi nhóm Status ### Xóa Sort · Nhấn biểu tượng ✕ bên cạnh sort rule · Hoặc nhấn Clear All để xóa tất cả 📝 NOTE: Cấu hình Sort được lưu riêng cho mỗi view. Sắp xếp trong Grid View 1 không ảnh hưởng đến Grid View 2. ## Lọc (Filter) Lọc records để chỉ hiển thị dữ liệu khớp với điều kiện nhất định: ### Thêm Filter 12\. Nhấn nút Filter trên toolbar 13\. Chọn field cần lọc 14\. Chọn toán tử (operator) 15\. Nhập giá trị lọc 16\. Records không khớp điều kiện sẽ bị ẩn ### Các toán tử phổ biến

### Kết hợp nhiều Filter Sử dụng AND / OR logic để kết hợp nhiều điều kiện:


Logic	Mô tả
AND	Tất cả điều kiện phải đúng
OR	Ít nhất một điều kiện đúng

Ví dụ Filter kết hợp:\ ──────────────────────\ Filter 1: Status IS "Active"\ AND\ Filter 2: Revenue IS GREATER THAN 1000000\ AND\ Filter 3: Region IS "Ho Chi Minh"\ \ → Kết quả: Chỉ hiển thị khách hàng Active ở HCM có revenue > 1M ### Filter Group (Nhóm điều kiện) Tạo nhóm điều kiện lồng nhau cho logic phức tạp: (Status IS "Active" OR Status IS "VIP")\ AND\ (Region IS "Ha Noi" OR Region IS "Ho Chi Minh") ## Nhóm (Group By) Nhóm records theo giá trị của field, hiển thị dữ liệu theo danh mục: ### Thêm Group By 17\. Nhấn nút Group trên toolbar 18\. Chọn field để nhóm 19\. Chọn thứ tự nhóm (Ascending/Descending) ### Multi-level Group Nhóm lồng nhau với nhiều level: Group Level 1: Department\ ├── Engineering\ │ Group Level 2: Position\ │ ├── Senior Developer (3 records)\ │ └── Junior Developer (5 records)\ ├── Marketing\ │ ├── Manager (2 records)\ │ └── Specialist (4 records)\ └── Sales\ ├── Lead (1 record)\ └── Representative (6 records) ### Tính năng trong Grouped View · Collapse/Expand: Thu gọn hoặc mở rộng từng nhóm · Count: Hiển thị số lượng records trong mỗi nhóm · Summary: Hiển thị tổng hợp (Sum, Avg...) cho mỗi nhóm ## Ẩn Fields (Hide Fields) Ẩn các fields không cần thiết trong view hiện tại: 20\. Nhấn nút Fields trên toolbar 21\. Toggle on/off từng field 22\. Kéo thả để thay đổi thứ tự hiển thị 📝 NOTE: Ẩn field chỉ ảnh hưởng view hiện tại — dữ liệu vẫn tồn tại và có thể truy cập qua view khác hoặc API. ## Chiều cao dòng (Row Height) Điều chỉnh chiều cao dòng để hiển thị nhiều hoặc ít nội dung hơn:


Tùy chọn	Mô tả
Short	Nhỏ gọn, chỉ hiển thị 1 dòng text
Medium	Vừa phải, hiển thị 2-3 dòng
Tall	Cao, hiển thị nhiều nội dung hơn
Extra	Rất cao, hiển thị tối đa nội dung và attachment preview

## Field Summary (Tóm tắt) Hiển thị thông tin tổng hợp ở footer của table:
