# Views (Chế độ xem Dữ liệu)

## Giới thiệu Views

Views trong ClickAI Tables cho phép bạn tùy chỉnh cách hiển thị dữ liệu mà vẫn duy trì quyền kiểm soát riêng biệt về sorting, filtering và field visibility. Mỗi view giữ cấu hình riêng — thay đổi trên một view không ảnh hưởng đến các view khác.

Điều này giúp mỗi thành viên team có thể xem cùng một bộ dữ liệu theo góc nhìn phù hợp với workflow của mình.

 

## Các loại View

### 📋 Grid View (Mặc định)

Hiển thị dữ liệu dạng bảng lưới truyền thống — tương tự Excel/Google Sheets.

Các tính năng nổi bật:

·       Row Height: Điều chỉnh chiều cao dòng (Short, Medium, Tall, Extra)

·       Field Visibility: Ẩn/hiện cột theo nhu cầu

·       Field Reorder: Kéo thả thay đổi thứ tự cột

·       Aggregation: Hiển thị tổng hợp ở footer (Count, Sum, Avg...)

### 📝 Form View

Hiển thị fields dưới dạng form thu thập dữ liệu — lý tưởng để thu thập thông tin từ người dùng bên ngoài.

Cấu hình Form View:

·       Drag & Drop: Sắp xếp thứ tự fields trong form

·       Required: Đánh dấu fields bắt buộc

·       Help Text: Thêm hướng dẫn cho từng field

·       Show/Hide: Chọn fields hiển thị trong form

·       Cover Image: Thêm ảnh header cho form

·       Success Message: Tùy chỉnh thông báo sau khi submit

·       Redirect URL: Chuyển hướng sau khi submit

💡 TIP: Form View có thể được chia sẻ công khai qua link — không yêu cầu đăng nhập. Rất phù hợp cho: khảo sát khách hàng, form liên hệ, đăng ký sự kiện, nhận feedback.

### 🖼️ Gallery View

Hiển thị records dưới dạng thẻ (cards) với hình ảnh nổi bật — phù hợp cho dữ liệu visual.

·       Chọn fields hiển thị trên card

### 📊 Kanban View

Hiển thị records dưới dạng cột Kanban — phù hợp cho quản lý workflow và pipeline.

Yêu cầu: Table cần có ít nhất một field Single Select để làm cơ sở phân nhóm cột.

Cách sử dụng:

1\.     Tạo Kanban View

2\.     Chọn Stack by Field (field Single Select để phân nhóm)

3\.     Kéo thả cards giữa các cột để cập nhật trạng thái

4\.     Nhấn vào card để xem chi tiết

Ví dụ ứng dụng:

### 📅 Calendar View

Hiển thị records trên lịch — phù hợp cho quản lý sự kiện, deadline và lịch trình.

Yêu cầu: Table cần có ít nhất một field Date hoặc DateTime.

Cấu hình Calendar:

5\.     Chọn Date Field làm cơ sở hiển thị

6\.     \*(Tùy chọn)\* Chọn End Date Field cho sự kiện kéo dài nhiều ngày

7\.     Chuyển đổi giữa Month/Week/Day view

8\.     Kéo thả records để thay đổi ngày

## Tạo View mới

9\.     Trong sidebar, di chuột vào tên table

10\.  Nhấn biểu tượng ➕ (Create View)

11\.  Chọn loại view muốn tạo

12\.  Đặt tên cho view

13\.  Nhấn Create để hoàn tất

📝 NOTE: Mỗi view có cấu hình riêng biệt về: field visibility, field order, field width, filters, sorts, groups, row colors, và row height. Thay đổi cấu hình của một view không ảnh hưởng đến view khác.

## View Permissions

### Collaborative Views (Mặc định)

·       Tất cả thành viên có quyền edit có thể chỉnh sửa cấu hình view

·       Phù hợp cho team cùng làm việc trên một view

### Locked Views

·       Cấu hình view bị khóa — không thể chỉnh sửa cho đến khi mở khóa

·       Thành viên có thể đọc dữ liệu nhưng không thể thay đổi view settings

·       Phù hợp để chia sẻ trình bày dữ liệu nhất quán

### Personal Views

·       Chỉ owner của view mới có thể chỉnh sửa cấu hình

·       Các thành viên khác có quyền read-only

·       Phù hợp cho dashboard cá nhân

## Chia sẻ View

Bạn có thể chia sẻ view ra bên ngoài mà không cần cấp quyền truy cập vào base:

⚠️ IMPORTANT: Shared View hiển thị dữ liệu theo cấu hình view hiện tại (bao gồm filter, sort, hidden fields). Người nhận chỉ xem được dữ liệu bạn chọn hiển thị, không thể truy cập dữ liệu bị ẩn.

## View Sections

Khi table có nhiều views, bạn có thể tổ chức chúng vào các sections trong sidebar:

·       Sections hoạt động như folders — giúp nhóm views theo mục đích

·       Có thể thu gọn/mở rộng sections

·       Không ảnh hưởng đến dữ liệu hoặc cấu hình view

Ví dụ tổ chức sections:

## Lưu ý chung

·       Khi mở table, view mặc định hiển thị là common view đầu tiên (non-personal)

·       Mỗi table phải có ít nhất một common Grid View — không thể xóa hoặc chuyển sang personal view

·       Thứ tự hiển thị fields trong linked records được xác định bởi common Grid View đầu tiên
