Welcome to ClickAI!

We're dedicated to fostering a safe, supportive, and respectful space for all our users. To achieve this, we've established a set of guidelines designed to ensure that everyone can freely create, explore, share, and engage with our generative AI experiences. These guidelines apply to all content within the platform, including both the material you generate and share with others. Should you come across any content that appears to breach our rules, we encourage you to inform us through the provided reporting channels. This enables us to conduct a review and take any necessary actions to maintain our community standards.

We use a combination of technology and people to identify, review, and take action on content that violates our policies. If we identify policy violations, we might remove your content from the community or restrict the visibility of your posted content. In cases of severe or repeated violations of our policies, we might also temporarily or permanently ban your account.

Youth Safety and Well-being

Youth safety is our priority. You must be 18 years or older to have an account. We strictly prohibit any content or behavior that depicts, encourages, facilitates, or promotes any form of youth exploitation and abuse, child sexual abuse material (CSAM), nudity, grooming, sextortion, solicitation, pedophilia, or physical and psychological abuse of minors, including:

• Sharing, offering to trade or sell, or directing users off platform to obtain or distribute CSAM

• Depicting, soliciting, glorifying, or encouraging child abuse imagery, including nudity, sexualized minors, or sexual activity with minors

• Depicting, promoting, normalizing, or glorifying pedophilia or the sexual assault of a minor

• Re-victimizing young people who have experienced abuse or exploitation, including through third-party reshares

If we identify CSAM, we also report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities in addition to removing it.

Safety and Civility

We are committed to principles of respect, empathy, equality, and mutual understanding. We do not allow any content or behaviors that could lead to violence and cause psychological or physical harm in the real world, including:

• Any hateful behavior, hate speech, or promotion of hateful ideologies. This includes content or behaviors that attack a person or group because of protected attributes, including caste, ethnicity, national origin, race, religion, tribe, immigration status, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or serious disease

• Violent threats, incitement to violence, or promotion of criminal activities that may harm people, animals, or property

• The presence or promotion of violent or hateful organizations or individuals. These actors include violent extremists, violent criminal organizations, violent political organizations, hateful organizations, and individual perpetrators of serial or mass violence

• Language or behavior that harasses, humiliates, threatens, or doxxes anyone, including degrading statements or actions intended to mock, intimidate, embarrass, or hurt an individual

• Showing, promoting, or engaging in adult sexual or physical abuse or exploitation, including non-consensual sexual acts, image-based sexual abuse, sextortion, physical abuse, and sexual harassment

• Facilitating or coordinating human smuggling acts or services, as well as recruiting or coordinating human trafficking acts

Mental and Behavioral Health

We are committed to creating an online environment that emphasizes inclusion, enrichment, and connection. We do not allow content or behaviors that could negatively impact people's physical or psychological health, including:

• Promoting or providing instructions on suicide and self-harm, and related challenges, dares, games, or hoaxes

• Depicting, promoting, or facilitating disordered eating and other dangerous weight loss behaviors

• Facilitating or providing instructions on activities that could carry a risk of significant injury. This includes dares, games, tricks, inappropriate use of dangerous tools, eating substances that are harmful to one's health, or similar activities that may lead to significant physical harm.

Sensitive and Mature Themes

Our platform provides a wide range of content for adult (over the age of 18) audiences. We are mindful that certain content may not be suitable for all audiences, may be considered offensive by some people, or may create the potential for exploitation. To set appropriate boundaries, we do not allow sensitive and/or mature themes, including:

• Depicting or promoting sexual activity or services including sexual gratification (i.e. vivid descriptions of sexual acts), and methods to seek sexual services

• Depicting nudity such as genitals, buttocks, the pubic region, or female nipples

• Using sexually explicit language for sexual gratification

Integrity and Authenticity

We want you to feel confident that you can access information that is reliable, discover content that is original, and engage with people who are authentic. This is foundational to building a community of trust and accountability both on and off-platform. To uphold information integrity, we do not allow:

Paid political promotion, including:

• Political advertising, advocacy, lobbying, or fundraising by politicians and political parties (for themselves or others), and

Inaccurate, misleading, or false content, including:

• Medical, climate, or dangerous misinformation that can lead to significant real-world harm

• Election misinformation, such as content that misleads about how, where, when to, or who can participate in elections or other civic events

• Conspiracy theories, such as content that attacks a specific person or a protected group, or denies that a violent or tragic event occurred, and

Privacy infringements, including:

• Content that violates the confidentiality of personal information, such as social security information, phone numbers, and physical addresses

Shocking and Graphic Content

We recognize that shocking and graphic content can cause emotional distress, trigger traumatic memories, and create a hostile online environment that can harm people's mental health. As such, we do not allow gory, gruesome, disturbing, or extremely violent content, including:

• Depicting, promoting, or providing instruction on the mutilation or slaughter of animals, and animal abuse

• Depicting violence on humans, including promotion and instruction of violent fighting, torture, human mutilation, and aftermaths of violent accidents

• Disturbing content including excretory process and products

Regulated Goods and Commercial Activities

We do not allow content or behaviors that promote goods or activities that are risky, addictive, dangerous, fraudulent in the real world, or that otherwise require a higher degree of care:

• Facilitating the trade of regulated, prohibited, or high-risk goods and services, such as drugs, alcohol, tobacco products, regulated substances, firearms and other dangerous weapons, sexual services, animals, or counterfeit goods. This includes instructions on how to manufacture regulated substances or firearms in the real world

• Facilitating or instructing on engaging in frauds and scams in the real world

Prohibited Use Cases

Our models are not built to provide specialist advice. We do not allow content that involves the provision of services or business practices that require qualified, licensed, professional expertise, including but not limited to:

• Offering personalized legal advice

• Offering personalized physical or mental health guidance, such as medical diagnosis or treatment advice

• Offering personalized financial advice

Restricted Content

We allow, but restrict, the visibility of certain content on our platform, that may not be suitable for all users, including,

Disordered Eating and Body Image

• Showing, describing, promoting, or offering or requesting coaching for potentially harmful weight management behaviors

• Promoting weight loss or muscle gain products, such as sharing a before-and-after transformation

• Promoting body types as ideal or perfect, when associated with potentially harmful weight management behaviors

• Showing or promoting cosmetic surgery that does not include risk warnings, including showing before-and-after images

Regulated goods & criminal activities

• Depicting weapons and weapon accessories, including the possession and use of weapons and weapon accessories

• Depicting and discussing drugs or other regulated substances (as long as the substances are not being used)

• Showing or glamorizing gambling or gambling-like activities

• Depicting corruption and bribery

• Depicting the use of tobacco products

Dangerous Activity and Challenges

• Showing or promoting activity that may lead to physical harm

• Depicting extreme sports and professional stunts

Shocking and Graphic Content

• Showing human or animal blood

• Showing mildly graphic material that may cause disgust, including human and animal bodily functions and fluids (such as urine or vomit)

Nudity and Body Exposure

• Showing semi-nudity of adults, such as wearing only nipple covers or underwear that does not cover the majority of the buttocks, wearing tank tops with side breasts visible, topless man

Sexually Suggestive Content

• Showing adults engaging in intimate kissing, sexualized framing, or sexualized behavior

• Showing sex products

• Showing animal sexual activity and nudity

Misinformation

• Conspiracy theories that are unfounded and claim that certain events or situations are carried out by covert or powerful groups, such as "the government" or a "secret society"

• Moderate harm health misinformation, such as an unproven recommendation for how to treat a minor illness

• Unverified claims related to an emergency or unfolding event

Fake Engagement

• Content that tricks or manipulates others as a way to increase gifts, or engagement metrics
