Affiliates Policy "Refer users" at ClickAI platform

When a user successfully introduces another user to register an account on ClickAI, you will receive a commission from the successful "referral of new users". Applicable to all users on the platform. Here is ClickAI's Affiliate policy:

II. Referral and Affiliate Policy

Our Affiliate program offers you many attractive benefits and a great opportunity to earn passive income from online platforms (MMO) when Referring users to register to use AI (Artificial Intelligence) at the ClickAI platform.

1. Commission Income:

You will paid any service package you refer (Basic, Plus, Pro), you will receive commission according to the number of successful referrals, the more people you refer, the more commission you will receive according to the following progressive steps:

Commission #MemberGetMember:

• For each successful referral upgrading the service package → immediately receive 50 credits and 25% commission from the transaction value.

• For Pro Users only: For subsequent upgrades of the referred person, you continue to receive 15% commission for each subsequent transaction.

Note: The number of referrals is calculated based on users who have successfully registered for one of the paid packages. Credits are the value converted to use products and services on the ClickAI platform, and cannot be converted into cash. If this Credit is not used up each month, it will continue to be accumulated for future use. Credits are the unit used to use services on the ClickAI platform and cannot be converted into cash.

2. How to calculate Affiliate Income?

A user who refers a new user will be rewarded with both cash into the registered Bank Account and credit to use the service at ClickAI:

Total commission = Commission Income (1) + Credit rewards (2)

Example 1: Tran Quoc B just joined ClickAI, in January he introduced 120 Basic Users, 20 Plus Users and 20 Pro Users. In total, B has introduced 180 Users reaching level 2 with a commission of 15%.

Revenue received in January is:

Commission Income = 15% x(120x139,000 + 20x420,000 + 10x1,290,000) = 3,957,000 VND

Credit rewards = 500 x(120+20) + 1500x20 = 100,000 credits, equivalent to 1,000,000 VND

Total commission received = 4,957,000 VND

Personal income tax (10%): 495,700

Actual receipt: 4,461,300 VND

Example 2: Tiktoker MANgo... participated in Affiliate at ClickAI from February to March and introduced a cumulative 1,150 customers. Reached level 3 with a commission of 25%. This month, MANgo introduced 820 Basic customers, 380 Plus customers, 50 Pro customers

The revenue that MANgo received this month is:

Commission Income = 25% x(820x129,000 + 380x390,000 + 50x950,000) = 75,370,000 VND

Credit rewards = 500 x(820+380) + 50x1500 = 675,000 credits, equivalent to 6,750,000 VND

Total commission received = 82,120,000 VND

Personal income tax (10%): 8,212,000 VND

Actual receipt: 73,908,000 VND

Special Policy for Pro User: users participating in the New User Referral Program, the bonus in addition to the 25% of the first referral, will continue to be calculated at 15% for any subsequent payments of the Referred Person (Applicable within the next 06 months).
